We had a lovely stay! The hotel had everything we needed - clean rooms, great facilities, convenient parking, and helpful staff. The location was perfect, offering easy transportation to nearby attractions and a beautiful beach just steps away. Additionally, breakfast was delicious and a pleasant surprise.

What a way to spend my New Year's Eve! The property had everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. I loved the fact that I could enjoy kayaking and snorkeling at the beach without crowds. The location was optimal, just a short drive to all the action and activities around the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus, I appreciated the extra advantage of having a hammock right by the beach - the perfect spot to relax and listen to the waves.
Sadly, the beach had a lot of seaweed, yet with all the peace and quiet, it was easy to overlook this inconvenience. a minor issue was equipment that needed renewal in the kitchen, and sometimes, I had to ask for extra beach towels, but the staff was always quick to help.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, with crystal clear waters and plenty of activities offered such as snorkeling and kayaking. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome during our stay.
The abundance of seaweeds and sargasso on the beach made it difficult to enjoy the water during our Easter vacation. This was a major disappointment, as we were hoping to spend most of our time by the ocean.

Gorgeous beachfront location, private and quiet. Kids loved the pool. Waterfront restaurant nearby. Helpful staff, made us feel safe and comfortable. Easy access to Tulum city center and activities.
